Is my operational data secure?
Absolutely. OpsMailer is SOC 2 Type II compliant. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. We do not sell your load data to third-party load boards or competitors.
Do you read our emails?
No human reads your emails. Our proprietary AI parsing engine automatically extracts data points (like dates, rates, and locations) locally within your secure workspace to power your dashboard.
Onboarding & Integration
How long does it take to deploy?
Because OpsMailer integrates directly with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 via API, initial deployment for a team of 10 takes less than 15 minutes. Historical email indexing usually takes 1-2 hours depending on inbox size.
Which TMS platforms do you support?
We currently offer native, one-click API integrations with McLeod, TMW Systems, Rose Rocket, and Turvo. For other systems, we provide flat-file CSV exports or custom webhook configurations on our Enterprise tier.
Billing
Are there annual contracts?
No. Our Independent and Team Workspace tiers are billed month-to-month. You can scale seats up or down instantly as your dispatch team changes. Enterprise deployments require custom annual agreements due to integration labor.
